Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Milestone-Based Commercial Protection
To ensure mutual protection and complete fairness, all software development projects at Jayanti Cybernetics are billed in milestone installments (typically 40% discovery & design, 40% staging development demo, and 20% live deployment). Payment for any milestone is made only after the deliverables for that milestone have been reviewed and demonstrated.
2. Cancellation Prior to Development
If a client requests project cancellation during the initial discovery and architecture phase before development sprint initiation, unused retainers minus actual design and consultation hours worked will be promptly refunded within 7 business days.
3. Web Hosting & Domain Policies
Web hosting packages include a 30-day money-back guarantee for hosting service fees if service level agreements (SLAs) are breached. Domain name registrations (.in, .com, .org, etc.) are non-refundable once registered with the central registry, as registry fees are irreversible; however, full domain ownership and transfer rights remain 100% with the client.
